About WASAAT
Empowering women. Transforming lives.
Creating impact.
Who We Are
WASAAT (Women, A Step At A Time) is a purpose-driven Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to helping women move from uncertainty to clarity, from limitation to growth, and from potential to purposeful action.
We believe transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it happens on step at a time.
Our Vision
A world where every woman has the clarity, confidence, and resources to live a purposeful, financially free, and fulfilling life.
Our Mission
To empower women through community, structured programes, and accountability systems that inspire mindset transformation, financial freedom, and purposeful execution.
Why WASAAT Was Born
WASAAT was created to address a real gap. Many women are inspired, but lack structure.
Women often navigate life transitions carrying pressure, uncertainty, and expectations, yet without a clear path forward.
WASAAT exists to change that.
We Provide A Space Where Women Can:
Reflect
Learn
Take Action
Grow With Structure
And Support
Because transformation does not happen all at once; It happens one step at a time.
Our Approach
Community
We create a safe, supportive space where women connect, share, and grow together.
Structured Programs
Practical and actionable programmes designed for real-life transforamation.
Accountability Systems
We walk together, celebrate wins, and keep each other moving forward.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
The Power of One Step: The WASAAT Story
WASAAT was not born from ambition; it was born from obedience.
It started with a simple instruction from God to share my journey with women, to use my experiences as a source of encouragement, hope, guidance, and empowerment. What began as a personal story became a vision to help women discover their purpose, unlock their potential, and build a meaningful legacy.
Â
Eighteen years ago, I arrived in the United Kingdom with dreams, but very little direction. Like many women, I stepped into unfamiliar territory without a roadmap, without a support system, and without anyone to show me how to navigate the challenges ahead. I had to learn through mistakes, disappointments, setbacks, and seasons of uncertainty.
There were moments when the future seemed unclear. Moments when resources were limited, opportunities appeared distant, and the weight of responsibility felt overwhelming. Yet those difficult years taught me lessons that no classroom could ever teach. They shaped my resilience, strengthened my faith, and prepared me for a greater purpose.
Then, in 2018, everything changed.
I reached a point where I knew I could no longer remain where I was. I realised that if I wanted a different future for my family, I needed to take bold steps. I needed to move beyond survival and begin building. Building opportunities. Building stability. Building a legacy that would outlive me and impact future generations.
My husband stood beside me throughout that journey. Together, we embraced the challenges, celebrated the victories, and remained committed to the vision, even when the path was uncertain. It was not easy, but every obstacle became a lesson, every setback became a stepping stone, and every challenge became part of the foundation upon which we now stand.
As I looked around, I discovered something heart-breaking: countless women were facing the same struggles I once faced. Talented women. Gifted women. Intelligent women. Women with dreams, ideas, and potential, yet lacking the support, guidance, networks, and encouragement needed to move forward.
I began to ask myself:
- Why should a woman spend ten years learning lessons that could be shared in ten months?
- Why should she struggle alone when support can make the journey easier?
- Why should her gifts remain hidden when they were designed to impact generations?
That is why WASAAT exists.
WASAAT exists to ensure that women do not have to walk alone. We are here to provide support, mentorship, encouragement, practical guidance, and a community of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
We believe that every woman carries a unique gift, a divine assignment, and the ability to create lasting impact. We believe that when women are empowered, families are strengthened. When families are strengthened, communities flourish. And when communities flourish, generations are transformed.
WASAAT is more than an organisation; it is a movement. A movement of women choosing growth over limitation, purpose over fear, and legacy over survival.
We are women taking one step at a time, but every step is intentional, every step is purposeful, and every step brings us closer to the future we were created to build.
The vision is clear.
- To inspire women.
- To empower women.
- To support women.
- To connect women.
- To help women build legacies that will speak long after they are gone.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are unstoppable; And with God, the vision is already established.
